Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience (or strong interest) in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagement
  • A natural ability to connect, communicate, and present with confidence and enthusiasm
  • A passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careers
  • Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talent

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and energize recruiting events like career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio.
  • Engage and inspire students through presentations, panels, and interactive experiences.
  • Champion our brand by showcasing what makes our culture, people, and opportunities stand out.
  • Identify top talent by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey.
  • Partner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies.
  • Build meaningful relationships with professors, career services teams, and student organizations to strengthen our campus presence.
  • Explore new ideas, events, and channels to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
  • Leverage tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience.
  • Support initiatives beyond campus recruiting, contributing to broader talent acquisition efforts.
