About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring a Campus President to provide strategic leadership and direction for its campus in Paramus, New Jersey. The role is part of the campus management team and is responsible for educational performance, campus operations, compliance, and leadership of personnel. The Campus President oversees academic activities and campus functions while supporting the institution’s mission to students and faculty.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or significant commensurate experience.
At least 5 years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a campus-based Director.
Knowledge of key post-secondary campus departments, including Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience managing campuses with Allied Health and/or Nursing programs.

Responsibilities

Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines.
Establish an annual budget for the campus.
Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel.
Ensure faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions and meet high performance standards.
Ensure practical orientation for all new campus hires.
Represent the campus in the community.
Establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council in conjunction with faculty and other staff.
Ensure OSHA/WISHA safety requirements are in place and followed.
Provide direction through Executive Team Meetings and serve as liaison for Executive Team members.
Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards.
Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals.
Oversee implementation of new curriculum and development and maintenance of existing curriculum.
Organize and supervise all critical school functions.
