Campus Minister - Tulane Catholic

Archdiocese of New Orleans•New Orleans, LA
•$50,000 - $55,000•Onsite

About The Position

Tulane Catholic is building a vibrant Catholic community for a new generation of Tulane students. The Campus Minister combines relational ministry and organizational coordination, serving as a consistent, full-time presence who helps hold day-to-day ministry together. Working closely with the Director, Ministry Operations Manager, FOCUS missionaries, and student leaders, the Campus Minister connects people and plans so that retreats, formation, events, and student leadership work together as one ministry. The role emphasizes coordination and facilitation rather than owning every initiative or supervising the FOCUS team. The Campus Minister is present with students at Mass, meals, events, and in ordinary moments; welcomes new students, particularly those on the margins; and follows up with students who are new or drifting. The role also plans and leads formation evenings, talks, and retreats; supports and forms the Student Leadership Team; maintains a coordinated ministry calendar; and collaborates on communications and event promotion. The position reports directly to the Director of Tulane Catholic and is a member of the Ministry Leadership Team. It is a full-time, exempt, on-site position with a salary of $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Some evenings and weekends are required during events, retreats, and major ministry activities, and occasional overnight travel is expected. A January 2027 start is preferred, with flexibility to Summer 2027 for the right candidate.
