Color Of Change is seeking a Campaigns & Program Manager to play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are executed with strong coordination, operational clarity, and accountability. Reporting to the Vice President of Campaigns, this role sits at the center of the Campaigns Department and serves as a key operational partner to campaign leaders. The Manager is responsible for coordinating campaign execution, maintaining tracking systems, and ensuring alignment across teams so that campaigns are delivered on time and with impact. You will lead the day-to-day coordination of campaigns, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, running coordination meetings, and ensuring follow through across teams. This role is essential to strengthening operational efficiency, identifying risks early, and keeping work moving forward across a fast paced, multi-campaign environment.
