Betterworks is hiring a Marketing Campaigns Manager, a content-first, revenue-minded marketer who sees every piece of writing as part of a bigger motion. This is not a copywriter role. It's for someone who writes exceptionally well and thinks constantly about what that writing is supposed to do, which pipeline stage it serves, which campaign it ladders up to, and which deal it could help close. You'll be the content execution arm of our campaigns motion, working closely with our ABM and demand gen team. You'll also absorb content production previously handled by an outside agency and cover PR coordination while our Senior PR & Social Manager is on leave. Scrappy but not scattered.
