The Campaign + Stewardship Manager plays a critical role in advancing CSB’s fundraising efforts by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s comprehensive campaign while also managing the stewardship and donor recognition program. This position helps translate campaign priorities into actionable strategies, ensures strong coordination across the development team and the organization, and provides data-driven insights that support fundraising progress and decision-making. The position also provides leadership for organization-wide donor stewardship initiatives by supporting the development and leading the implementation and execution of a comprehensive stewardship and donor recognition strategy designed to strengthen relationships and encourage sustained philanthropic investment at all giving levels. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with staff, board members, and community stakeholders.
