About The Position

The Temporary Campaign Manager 1 serves as a key partner in the successful execution of multiplatform advertising campaigns across linear, digital, and social platforms. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and cross-functional teams, this role supports campaign planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client expectations and business objectives are met. The Temp Campaign Manager 1 coordinates campaign timelines, manages deliverables, facilitates communication across internal stakeholders, and helps ensure seamless execution from pre-sale through campaign completion. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign management, project management, media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with television, digital media, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Must be willing to work from the New York office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of media workflows, production processes, or creative operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated advertising campaigns across TV, Digital, Social, and Streaming platforms.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and assist with client communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, production schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Creative Services, and Operations teams to facilitate successful campaign execution.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining campaign production documents, creative briefs, timelines, and project trackers.
  • Monitor campaign milestones and proactively communicate status updates, risks, and next steps to internal teams.
  • Help ensure all campaign assets meet client specifications, brand standards, and production requirements.
  • Participate in pre-production meetings and campaign planning sessions with internal teams and clients, as needed.
  • Assist in resolving execution challenges by identifying solutions and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support post-campaign wrap-up activities.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to ensure exceptional client experience.
