About The Position

This role involves guiding and inspiring campers aged 4-15 through exciting and educational outdoor activities. The summer program runs from June 16th to August 22nd. Mandatory training days are branch dependent. The work schedule is Monday-Friday (no weekends), with shifts from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, and the opportunity for extra hours.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old by June 1st
• Must be Ellis Lifeguard Certified
• Must be able to perform all physical tasks of a Lifeguard as well as lift an adult male from the pool onto the pool deck.
• Complete program specific and employee orientation training by required timeline
• Up-to-date physical and immunizations (Same as required for school)
• Strong communication skills: ability to read, write, talk, see, and hear
• Ability to lead age-appropriate games and activities.
