About The Position
Camp Widjiwagan of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is Now Hiring for a Daily Camp Lifeguard. This position is perfect for someone who loves the water, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences for campers. As a Camp Lifeguard, you’ll oversee aquatic activities like swimming, kayaking, and water skiing while ensuring everyone stays safe and has fun. From enforcing safety rules to teaching skills and maintaining aquatic areas, you’ll play a key role in delivering the ultimate summer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16
- Ability to swim at an intermediate level
- American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid/AED (we’ll help you get certified)
Nice To Haves
- Experience: None required, but intermediate swimming ability is a must
