About The Position

Lifeguards play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and positive waterfront experience for campers while building confidence and encouraging participation in aquatic activities. Camp is looking for responsible, attentive, and enthusiastic Lifeguards for the 2026 Summer Season.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age with at least two years of High School or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Current Lifeguard Certification preferred or ability to get certified.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant and diligent surveillance of the waterfront at all times and respond to emergency situations.
• Ensure safe, clean, and secure conditions for the waterfront as well as the surrounding areas.
• Have a warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor that is able to connect with campers.
