About The Position

Mini-Hops is seeking a full-time Camp Director / Camp Coordinator to oversee camp programming and contribute to coaching and program development within a gymnastics gym. The role supports an engaging, safe, and positive environment for children ages 4–12. It involves planning and coordinating seasonal camps, leading and supporting staff, communicating with families, coaching classes as needed, and helping improve the gym’s programs. The position also provides support in other areas of the gym as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in camps, gymnastics, or youth programs.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, dependable, and excited to be part of a collaborative and diverse team.
• Strong time and priority management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Gymnastics coaching experience, recreational or team, is preferred.
• Experience with boys gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, or multiple disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage seasonal camp programming.
• Coordinate daily camp schedules, staffing, and activities.
• Lead and support camp staff and volunteer interns in creating a fun and safe experience for campers.
• Communicate with families and provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist with coaching recreational gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, and ninja classes as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow and improve camp and program offerings.
• Support other areas of the gym when needed.
