About The Position

This position is for a Camp Counsellor, focused on providing psychological support and counseling services to students. The role involves promoting students' mental health and well-being, developing and implementing counseling programs and activities, and monitoring and reporting on counseling performance and metrics. The counsellor will also collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in school counseling.
• Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification in counseling preferred.
