About The Position

The Camden Leadership Rotation Program (CLRP) is a two-year learning opportunity for high-performing individuals who aspire to become future Operations leaders. It provides a broad, cross-functional, hands-on learning experience consisting of four six-month assignments across multiple business areas in the Operations Centers of Excellence: Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Mission Assurance, Scheduling & Material, and Planning. Participants gain a greater understanding of the business and develop leadership skills in preparation for future leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of Operations functional areas to develop a greater understanding of Operations in the Missile Propulsion Segment.
• Engage as a team member and contribute to each Operations Center of Excellence rotation.
• Take on new or special assignments to help improve business operations.
• Lead strategic initiatives as opportunities arise.
• Develop and demonstrate individual leadership skills.
• Aspire to become an Operations Leader in Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Mission Assurance, or Scheduling, Material and Planning.
