About The Position

The Calypso Business Systems Analyst works in the assigned job role of Domain Consultant 3 within Infosys Financial Services. The role performs advanced business analysis and evaluates IT solutions to identify strategic opportunities and align technology with client goals. It creates detailed systems documentation, researches third-party products, and develops solution architectures and architectural diagrams that support scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.

The position also leads technical implementation activities, applies domain expertise to support optimal system performance, and develops maintenance strategies for long-term reliability. The role focuses on Calypso and capital markets and investment banking processes, including trade lifecycle activities from Front Office through Back Office. The work may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Calypso platform.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment banking.
• Knowledge of fixed income, foreign exchange (FX), money markets, derivatives, and securities financing.
• Trade lifecycle expertise from Front Office to Back Office.
• Understanding of settlements, confirmations, accounting, and reconciliation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for each year of education.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to accounting and finance modules within Calypso.
• Certifications in capital markets, business analysis, or Calypso.
• Experience supporting global banking or financial services organizations.

• Perform advanced business analysis, including predictive analytics and scenario modelling, to identify strategic opportunities and support long-term decisions and value-chain optimization.
• Evaluate IT solutions using domain expertise and assess their effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
• Create precise, thorough systems documentation and explain sophisticated technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Research third-party products and assess their features, performance, and integration capabilities against client needs and industry standards.
• Create solution architectures and comprehensive architectural diagrams that support scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Lead technical aspects of implementation, applying domain knowledge to support scalable and optimal system performance.
• Design and execute maintenance strategies to support long-term system reliability.
