About The Position

The Calypso Business Systems Analyst role is assigned to the Domain Consultant 3 job role within Infosys Financial Services. Requirements

Hands-on experience with the Calypso platform.
Strong understanding of capital markets and investment banking.
Knowledge of fixed income, foreign exchange (FX), money markets, derivatives, and securities financing.
Trade lifecycle expertise from Front Office to Back Office.
Understanding of settlements, confirmations, accounting, and reconciliation processes.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with regulatory reporting.
Exposure to accounting and finance modules within Calypso.
Certifications in capital markets, business analysis, or Calypso.
Experience supporting global banking or financial services organizations.

Evaluate IT solutions for effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions.
Create thorough system documentation and explain sophisticated technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Research third-party products and assess their features, performance, and integration capabilities against client needs and industry standards.
Create solution architectures and architectural diagrams that support scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Lead technical implementation activities using domain knowledge to support scalable, optimal system performance.
Design and execute maintenance strategies to support long-term system reliability.
Apply expertise in IT solutions and solution architecture, evaluate solutions against business enhancement goals, adopt innovative technologies, solve complex requirements, and design scalable architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
