About The Position
As a Call Center Vehicle Buyer, you help customers turn their cars into cash while keeping BYOT’s inventory moving. No automotive experience needed. We’ll train you.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking with people
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Stay positive in a fast-paced environment
- Learn quickly and like structured processes
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to relocate before starting if outside the area.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from people selling their vehicles
- Ask simple questions and use our system to make fair offers
- Negotiate pricing based on training and company guidelines
- Coordinate pick-ups with our tow & logistics team
- Keep accurate notes in our call center software
- Hit individual & team performance goals
