About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking competitive, persuasive, and motivated individuals for a Full-Time Call Center Sales Representative role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building trust, and converting interest into action. The role involves connecting with homeowners who have already shown interest, following up on leads, guiding customers, scheduling consultations, handling objections, and playing a key role in company growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence.

• Someone who enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for results.
• Ability to commute to our Byron Center office.
• Availability for one of the following consistent schedules: Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8pm OR Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process.
• Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments.
• Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.
