Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence.

• Ability to commute to our Byron Center office.
• Availability for one of the following consistent schedules: Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8pm OR Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 6:30 pm.

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in the sales process.
• Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Handle objections and set appointments.
• Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.
