Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing Verizon Business or Consumer customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Educate customers on Verizon products and services
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service
