About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a competitive, money-motivated Call Center Sales Representative to connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in Jacuzzi bath remodels. The role focuses on following up with leads, guiding potential customers through the next steps, and scheduling design consultations to keep the sales pipeline moving. The company describes this as an opportunity to develop sales skills, grow a career, and earn more based on performance. The position is full-time and on-site at the Byron Center office. Employees work one of two consistent schedules: Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Compensation includes hourly base pay and uncapped bonus potential, with typical annual earnings of $50,000–$70,000. BathWorks provides coaching, training, team support, and advancement opportunities.
