As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you’ll be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. Responsible for managing complex Office of the President customer inbound call escalations across the full portfolio of AT&T products and services, including Fiber, Mobility, and traditional voice services. This role frequently engages with customers referred through state public utility commissions and other executive escalation channels. Success requires outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, along with the ability to quickly navigate multiple products, systems, and service environments. Responsibilities

  • Managing complex Office of the President customer inbound call escalations across the full portfolio of AT&T products and services, including Fiber, Mobility, and traditional voice services.
  • Engaging with customers referred through state public utility commissions and other executive escalation channels.
  • Providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  • Acquiring new customers, handling sales, service, and retention for AT&T products and services.
