About The Position

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Requirements

Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the local Training Hub.
Cannot use satellite, hot spots, wireless point to point, extenders, WiFi, or pay-per-data services.
Minimum of 50 mbps download speed and 25 mbps upload speed.
Ethernet connection is required.
Ability to setup and install workstation equipment within 8-12 feet of modem/router.
Workstation must be plugged directly into router with the cables provided by the company.
Workspace must be free of distractions (family members, children, barking dogs, TV etc.).
Previously established/installed high-speed internet connection (non-satellite) which is not public or shared.
Customer service skills.
Data entry skills.
Inbound and outbound call skills.
Call center experience.
