About The Position

This position involves taking back-to-back inbound calls, sitting at a desk, working on a computer, navigating two monitors and several programs to assist members with consumer loan related requests. The ideal candidate will be dependable and committed to quickly resolving needs while providing excellent service to company account holders. This is a contract-to-hire position with a hybrid work environment after an initial onsite training period in Pensacola, FL. Opportunities for conversion to full-time are based on business need, tenure, dependability, and performance.

Must be open to working weekends (Saturdays or Sundays).
Must meet teleworking guidelines including satisfactory performance & attendance for hybrid work.
Minimum of 50 mbps download speed and 25 mbps upload speed for hybrid work.
Ethernet connection is required for hybrid work.
Ability to setup and install workstation equipment within 8-12 feet of modem/router for hybrid work.
Workstation must be plugged directly into router with the cables provided by the company for hybrid work.
Workspace must be free of distractions for hybrid work.
