About The Position

Cellular Sales is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide ongoing support to the current sales force. Ideal candidates will be creative and analytical, seeking to build off of current foundations and improve procedures and methods. Candidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and character. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Follow up on distributed leads
• Generate store traffic and contribute to the markets success
• Handle customer inquiries both by phone and text
• Support sales force by generating sales leads
• Follow communication scripts when handing different topics
• Research required information using available resources
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and character
