As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements. You will handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment, utilizing multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and documenting each call. You will respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures, gathering information and researching/resolving inquiries. You will also inform callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
