About The Position

This position requires the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and processes, perform machine setup and operation, and adhere to quality, safety, and environmental policies. The role involves training other employees, working independently with effective time management, and responding productively to change. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience with manufacturing processes.
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling activities.
• Frequent reaching and climbing of stairs.
• Pushing and lifting / carrying of boxes weighing 35 lbs.
• Average vision and hearing is sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes.
• Perform machine setup where applicable; run machines and processes.
• Follow Quality Policy and Procedures, OSHA guidelines and regulations governing workplace safety.
• Train other employees on job functions and safety requirements, as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by team lead.
• Follow all company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
• Work independently and employ effective time management skills.
• Over-time as required.
