About The Position

As a Call Center Representative, you'll connect with potential customers by phone, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you've worked with customers in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment, we'll provide paid training. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Days off are Tuesday & Sunday. Saturday availability and the full posted schedule are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with customers, such as retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, customer service, call center, telemarketing, or a similar environment
• Ability to reliably work the full posted schedule onsite in Highland Hills

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, qualify interest, and schedule in-home sales appointments
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM systems
• Work toward individual and team lead and appointment goals
• Learn how to confidently handle questions and objections while working in a supportive, team-focused environment
