Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously while providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Provide detailed explanations of products and services to customers as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors in a timely manner.
