About The Position

Our busy women's health clinic is searching for a Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and can keep their cool when the phones are ringing, messages are flowing, and schedules are changing. If you love organization, teamwork, and making a difference in someone's day, we want to meet you. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our 10 Coburg location in Eugene, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Monday – Friday), and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.96 - $21.64.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • One year of call center experience in a professional environment preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills including professional communication to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Strong personal work habits with a high level of accountability and self-management skills that enable desired outcomes.
  • Easily able to adapt and maintain composure, effective at time priority and management, and able to respond to feedback constructively.
  • Strong communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and well-developed interpersonal capabilities that enable successful interactions with others.
  • Engages well with the team/patients through respectful and inclusive conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist new and established patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Assist patients with portal access.
  • Accurately record patient information, inquiries, and call details into the system.
  • Liaise between patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up on pending patient requests and ensure timely resolution.
