About The Position
Smile Straight Orthodontics is offering an excellent entry-level opportunity to join our call center team in El Paso, Texas! This position will primarily be responsible for supporting local dental offices in the states the company operates in. This is a full-time work from home position. We offer an internet allowance of up to $60/month for work expenses. We are looking for hardworking, dependable, coachable, and career-minded individuals who can confidently communicate in a professional setting.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Prior orthodontic experience in either the front office or back office is also required.
- Must be able to confidently communicate in a professional setting.
- Must be hardworking, dependable, coachable, and career-minded.

Responsibilities
- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
