About The Position

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Team! This is an in-office position. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. We are a people-oriented business committed to providing superior levels of customer service. The customer service representative is tasked with creating an exceptional customer service experience handling a high volume of inbound customer service calls and internal transfers.   • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
