About The Position

Join our small, close-knit team in Warwick, RI for a full-time opportunity as a Bilingual Call Center Representative. This role is situated in the heart of our home office, working alongside other departments that support Beltone. Our Call Center Team is comprised of under 10 individuals in a diverse, positive, hard-working, and fun environment where each person's contribution is valued. You will receive daily support from your manager and teammates, and have a dedicated desk space for comfort and productivity. Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments in the computer system from various marketing pieces, using a pre-approved script.
  • Handle various types of incoming calls including appointment setting for new hearing tests, consultations or service, appointment cancellations and reschedules, mail removals, and transfers to other Beltone offices.
  • Capture accurate patient contact information, including confidential patient information and applicable notes such as insurance type and any hearing difficulties, for entry into the computer system.
  • Use Google Maps to provide directions to local Beltone offices.
  • Read through marketing materials monthly to stay familiar with current offerings.
  • Track outcomes of all calls daily for submission to the Call Center Manager.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy.
