About The Position

Kids Dental Brands is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in El Paso, TX who are ready to build their customer service skills while supporting families and dental offices across the states they serve. The role involves assisting pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, following up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations. Additionally, the representative will verify insurance eligibility, register new patients, and collect/update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. A professional and courteous tone is expected during all interactions to foster a positive environment.

Requirements

Must reside in El Paso, TX
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
Coachable and willing to learn
Comfortable working remotely and using technology

Responsibilities
