About The Position
We are searching for a polite (Part-time/full-time), professional Remote Call Centre Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position. At Schat Communications, we employ the latest in wireless Internet technology to provide the widest coverage for the communities we serve. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection are required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry is highly desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfaction.
- Assist customers with basic technical support and troubleshooting for wireless internet services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, forms, and requests with precision and care.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
