About The Position

We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to support a growing patient payment program. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account questions, enrollment, and payments while delivering a high‑quality, patient‑focused experience. This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must live locally in the Portland area to pick up, return, and exchange equipment at the Beaverton office as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset with prior experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, receptionist, or call center environments
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone calls, including payment‑related conversations
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to be coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Must have reliable childcare arrangements during scheduled work hours
  • Must have a quiet, private home workspace (cannot work in a shared room)
  • Internet provider: Xfinity (Comcast), CenturyLink, or Ziply Fiber
  • Minimum speed: 100 Mbps download / 35 Mbps upload
  • Private, password‑protected WiFi
  • Available Ethernet port (must be hard‑wired while working; cable provided)
  • Working smartphone for two‑factor authentication

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of call center or telephone customer support experience
  • Experience in healthcare or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or regulated environments
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary phone contact for inbound calls from current and potential account holders
  • Make outbound calls including welcome calls, servicing calls, and past‑due payment outreach
  • Process customer payments and assist with account enrollment
  • Document all call activity and interactions within a proprietary CRM system
  • Escalate complaints and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Provide white‑glove, first‑class customer service as a patient advocate
  • Participate in ongoing quality reviews, coaching, and performance feedback
