About The Position

Republic Finance is hiring a customer-focused Collections Associate for its Call Center Operations department in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. This in-office role focuses on helping customers get back on track with monthly loan payments by listening to their needs and recommending suitable payment solutions. Associates take loan payments by phone, handle inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer, and work with three computer systems while providing an outstanding client experience and promoting company values. The role includes a paid three-week on-the-job training program and offers career growth and advancement opportunities. The position starts at $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of up to $2,500. The schedule requires flexibility and includes one of two shift patterns involving weekday shifts, rotating Friday coverage, and Saturday hours.

Requirements
