About The Position

If you have customer service experience and are motivated by goals, metrics, and helping customers, this full-time opportunity could be a great fit for you. As a Call Center Associate for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll speak directly with homeowners who have expressed interest in our industry-leading products and services. No cold calling required. With weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, our reps typically earn $50,000-$70,000 annually. Along with competitive benefits and incentives, we offer a streamlined growth and development path. In 2025, over 50 of our teammates were promoted to higher level positions! While this is not a fully remote position, work-from-home eligibility is available after one year. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the office and be available to work onsite as needed. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Weekend availability required (shift differential pay available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a goal-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathetic listening and a professional communication style.
• Motivated by performance goals and open to coaching and feedback.

• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Address questions and concerns while helping customers identify the best next steps for their home projects.
• Accurately identify each customer's unique home improvement needs.
• Meet individual and team performance goals with the support of ongoing coaching and training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand.
