Remote Call Center/Outbound Sales 2nd Shift
About The Position
American Home Design is hiring Part-time Remote Call Center Agents from 11am - 7:30 to schedule appointments for our sales team. Our agents are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown some interest in our products and scheduling a free consultation with them. We have a robust marketing program that brings in new leads everyday. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great opportunity while working remotely with a fun team! Requirements
- Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.
- Must have your own computer with reliable high speed internet and a headset.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment required
- Be proficient navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise
- Professional and personable attitude
- Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing personality

Responsibilities
- Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.
- Utilize our scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information.
- Overcome objections with provided rebuttals.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection.
- Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Make notes in our CRM regarding your conversation
