Requirements

• Experienced in call center or phone-based roles (1+ year preferred)
• Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport over the phone
• Reliable, coachable, and confident following a structured process
• A team player who can also work independently
• Someone who enjoys helping others and being part of meaningful work

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
• Schedule appointments for our outside representatives
• Use a proven script while adding your personal, professional touch
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and reassuring experience on every call
• Keep clear and accurate notes in our system

Benefits

• $15/hour plus performance bonuses (paid weekly)
• Part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
