About The Position
Infinite Roofing & RoofMaxx is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their expanding team in the Bay Area. This role focuses on selling a product that offers homeowners a cost-effective alternative to full roof replacement. The company provides warm leads, a company truck, uniforms, full paid training, and all necessary tools and materials. The ideal candidate is a motivated closer with prior sales experience, comfortable with basic roof inspections, and eager to earn uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- Real sales experience — this is non-negotiable. You've closed before and you can prove it.
- Comfortable on a ladder and on a one-story roof (no fear of heights)
- Valid driver's license and clean enough record to drive the company truck
- Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to out-earn everyone you know
Nice To Haves
- A construction, roofing, or trades background is a big plus — if you've swung a hammer and sold, you'll thrive here
Responsibilities
- Run company-provided warm leads across the San Jose–to–San Francisco corridor (residential is the bread and butter, with commercial mixed in)
- Climb a ladder and walk a typical one-story roof to perform a basic inspection (we train you on exactly what to look for)
- Sit at the kitchen table and close — present, handle objections, and sign the deal
- Keep your pipeline and follow-ups tight
