About The Position
PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional phone presence.
- Full-time availability (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
- Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
- A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse.
- A quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Ability to pass a background check.
