About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and the ability to handle a wide array of customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with call center software.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns processing.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
