About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Excellent attendance and reliability—your presence matters
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills
  • Solid phone communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ months of dispatch or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
  • Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
  • Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
  • Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned
