As a Call Center Agent you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibilities will consist of: Answering inbound calls from Members with questions about transactions, account history, services through our online banking platform, and investigating inquiries. Building positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections Understanding Arkansas Federal products and services in order to enhance member experience

Requirements

  • Proficient in using call center software and multichannel tools
  • 7-11 months experience in banking or in customer service within the last 2 years
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
