About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join a fast-paced, service-driven environment. In this role, you will handle inbound telephone inquiries, assist customers using established scripts and procedures, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Training Schedule Training is structured and progressive to ensure your success: Start Days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday Initial Training Hours: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Weeks 1-2: Continue 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule Week 3: Transition to regular schedule while still in training Regular Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone
  • Demonstrated reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Proficiency with computers, including navigating multiple systems and typing efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures, scripts, and guidelines
  • Positive attitude with a professional, customer-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries using standard scripts and procedures
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to research and resolve customer concerns
  • Gather relevant information to accurately assess and address customer needs
  • Provide clear and timely resolution options while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Escalate non-routine or complex issues to senior representatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members when applicable
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
