Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role.
• Experience in residential services such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred.
• Strong sales instincts and proven ability to build trust quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide direct, honest feedback while fostering a positive team environment.
• Comfortable with using technology including video conferencing and CRM tools.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a process-driven approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide live coaching support to technicians during customer calls and appointments.
• Help technicians present multiple service and product options effectively (Good, Better, Best).
• Lead virtual presentations for larger ticket items, using video software to engage customers.
• Partner with technicians to qualify leads and close sales.
• Perform occasional ride-alongs to offer hands-on coaching.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to keep the team sharp.
