Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role.
Experience in residential services such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred.
Strong sales instincts and proven ability to build trust quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide direct, honest feedback while fostering a positive team environment.
Comfortable with using technology including video conferencing and CRM tools.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with a process-driven approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide live coaching support to technicians during customer calls and appointments.
Help technicians present multiple service and product options effectively (Good, Better, Best).
Lead virtual presentations for larger ticket items, using video software to engage customers.
Partner with technicians to qualify leads and close sales.
Perform occasional ride-alongs to offer hands-on coaching.
Track and analyze performance metrics to keep the team sharp.
