HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to overcome systemic barriers and promote health equity. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health care, substance use treatment (residential and outpatient), and primary health services, along with transitional support for individuals re-entering the community from the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, HealthRIGHT 360 empowers individuals to address social determinants of health, build resilience, and foster recovery. The Treasure Island Residential Step Down (RSD) program serves beneficiaries transitioning from inpatient/residential substance use disorder treatment who are concurrently enrolled in outpatient treatment (OP, IOP, OTP, or OP-WM). RSD offers a temporary, drug and alcohol-free environment for residents actively engaged in off-site outpatient SUD treatment. The On-Call Recovery Coach plays a crucial role in assessing client needs and strengths to support their health and recovery journey. Through individual coaching and case management, they help clients navigate systems of care within a supportive recovery environment. This role also involves maintaining the safety and security of the program and its residents through regular house runs, providing a supportive atmosphere, and effectively communicating with the interdisciplinary team, including performing crisis intervention when necessary. The goal is to ensure the facility environment is safe and welcoming for all.
