About The Position

As a Cage Supervisor at Horseshoe Hammond, you will work closely with Shift Managers and fellow teammates to drive operational excellence and build a culture of Legendary Service. You will use your expertise to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions as a team. Through ongoing leadership, occupational training, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments, you will contribute to operations throughout the property and help deliver a customer experience that stands out in the market.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 1–2 years of experience in leadership roles, with some experience in cash handling, balancing, and customer-facing service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission gaming license, if applicable.
• Access to the vessel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and address breakdowns in customer service.
• Mentor and lead Team Members to realize their full potential.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulations and policies governing operations and ensure Team Member compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
