About The Position

The Cage Cashier Supervisor works closely with Shift Managers and fellow teammates to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of Legendary Service. The role uses operational expertise to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions collaboratively. Through leadership, occupational training, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments, the supervisor contributes to operations and customer experience across the property.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience, including some experience with cash-handling mechanics, balancing, and customer-facing service.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission gaming license, if applicable.
• Access to the vessel is required.
• Must be able to maneuver in and around work areas on the casino floor and in the back of house.
• Able to push and pull carts up to 75 pounds and carry boxes filled with currency and chips weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to grip objects and have good finger dexterity for counting and handling currency.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of 8 or more hours.
• Must tolerate working in environments with secondary smoke exposure.
• Must be physically able to crawl, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items as needed.
• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, loud noises, and bright lights.

Responsibilities

• Review and address breakdowns in customer service.
• Mentor and lead Team Members to help them realize their potential.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulations and policies governing operations and ensure Team Member compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
